Refund policy

All sales are final, however we do recognize that we are human and we may have missed some flaws and defects. 

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy for defective items only, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to report any defectives. Please check your order upon arrival. Resolutions will be determined on a case by case basis. 

Some cosmetic flaws will be considered for exchange only and will be added to your next order. Rainbow or Anodized hardware coloration can vary due to the finish being inconsistent in its nature and will not be considered flawed because of hue and color.

Exchanges will not be accepted based on complaint of cosmetic and nonfunctional details. 

Items will not be returned/exchanged based on misunderstanding of the listing - please review the photos thoroughly. Please email or message in the chat if you have a question about a product. There is only one person that replies to both of these, please be patient, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you receive the wrong item please send us an email, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
